Payment terms

The client may cancel a pre-arranged counselling appointment free of charge by 4 pm on the second working day (Mon-Fri) before the actual appointment at the latest. Any later made cancellation will be charged in full.

Cancellation must be made by phone.

The service fee is due at each session either by cash or MobilePay. Payment in advance by bank transfer is also possible.
